Withdrawal symptoms can affect a smoker for months, even after the first crisis has been passed. And, of course, this is the primary reason people go back to smoking. After trying hard for several months and having severe cravings throughout the process, they come to the conclusion that it is truly impossible to quit.

Many smokers believe that nicotine increases their brain power and also helps them to relax. The body gets used to a certain amount of this stimulant and if given less, begins to crave more.
